1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Finance Operating System you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Account & access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Organization owners can invite and remove members.
3. Subscription & billing
Finance Operating System is billed monthly per organization at the rates published on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; your data remains accessible until the end of the paid billing period.
4. Data ownership
You own your data. You may export it as CSV at any time from Settings → Danger Zone.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Finance Operating System for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or violating intellectual property rights.
6. Disclaimer
Finance Operating System is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not a substitute for a licensed accountant or attorney.
