What we collect
Account information (email, name), organization metadata, and the financial records you create or import. Bank connections are read-only via Plaid; we never receive your bank login credentials.
How we use data
To provide the Finance Operating System service: ledger storage, reporting, AI Copilot responses, payment processing, and email notifications. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
Copilot prompts and ledger context required to answer them are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not train its models on your data per its API terms.
Sub-processors
AWS / Cloudflare, Stripe, Plaid, Anthropic, Resend, Mindee.
Data deletion
Delete your organization from Settings → Danger Zone or email privacy@financeoperatingsystem.com. All ledger and audit data is hard-deleted within 30 days.
